Colour blind: A story in episodes

Episode 1

Once there was a land far far away; it was called Colourville. In Colourville everyone was just one colour except, one little twelve year old... Everyone was blue, yellow, red, and other beautiful colours. But that twelve year old was grey, and her name was Granite ( because she was grey and granite is grey). She was always very lonely, because normally, for example: if you were blue, you would hang out with the people who are blue. But Granite was the only Grey, so she played by herself. She didn't have a mum and dad ( they died in a car crash), so she lived with her grandfather. Her grandfather was a kind and caring man, who understood Granite and spoilt her with toys. She was always thankful and never asked for more. Her favourite gift that she ever got was a dog named Max (that she got from her grandfather). Any way back to Granite, her grandfather loved her dearly. However he was often out hunting for food (even if he was an old man). So Granite learned how to take care of herself. She could cook, she could bake, she could even make a seven layered cake. The other reason why she was lonely was because she got bullied for her colour. But what the bullies didn't know was that she had been cursed by a black fairy (which caused her to become grey) when she was very little and didn't have a name. So her parents named her Granite. Only her family knew about the curse. Her grandfather told her on her 12th birthday, but she just couldn't remember what colour she was. Granite didn't dare tell the other twelve year olds, because she was scared that if she did tell them she would get bullied even more.
